Terms of Use

Last updated: 25 July 2026

By using 123Clock.online (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Use of the Service

The Service is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You may not misuse it, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it other than through the interfaces we provide, or place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure through automated requests.

Accuracy and “as is” basis

We work to keep times, time zones and astronomical values correct, but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Astronomical figures such as sunrise, sunset and moon phases are computed with compact models and are approximate. Do not rely on the Service for navigation, legal, financial, medical or other safety-critical purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, or from reliance on any information it provides.

Third-party data

The Service uses third-party data and services, including location data from GeoNames and external time references. Those providers’ own terms apply to their data. See Licenses for attributions.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the revised terms. The date above shows when they were last updated.
